Today, Winery Ikalto continues this legacy, crafting exceptional wines using both traditional Georgian Qvevri methods and modern techniques. Located in the villages of Ruispiri and Ikalto, our 65-hectare vineyard nurtures endemic grape varieties such as Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Kisi, Khikhvi, and Kakhetian Mtsvane. Our winery, built on the historic site of our ancestors' Qvevri stove, is dedicated to preserving and restoring this invaluable legacy.
