Having run my own telemarketing business for the last 29 years, I have an in depth experience of cold calling, appointment making and lead generation. I offer consultancy and support to entrepreneurs and small businesses to help them get the most from their calls and their team. With experience of working independently from home, to running my own office of 12 telemarketers, I understand the challenges first hand. I have a small telemarketing team working on special projects for a few key clients. We help them grow their businesses by carrying out appointment making, lead generation and market research. I also personally conduct recruitment interviews over the web (including candidate profiling) for an international hiring firm.
