The company embraces three divisions comprising various projects; WINJY Consultancy, KAYAN, and TFC. Since its inception in 2015, WINJY has been committed to providing the highest quality, needs-based training interventions to its clients, as it provides top trainings and consultancies needed to be successful in an ever-changing world. Each attainable program provided by the company is carefully designed, implemented, and monitored to ensure that it is delivered to clients in line with the standards given by local, international partners, and verifiers. As of 2022, WINJY has reached a target of providing its trainings and services to over 1,500 individuals across the country. Our unique experience in dealing with all aspects of the community regarding targeting the different age groups, different levels of our community starting from kids to the youth and to organizations has allowed us to successfully understand and overcome different obstacles in successfully existing and sustainably operating as a social enterprise.
