Winning Form initially began as a premier horse racing form guide with the first of the publication being in circulation from 1987. It subsequently grew into becoming the holding company for the group of entities compromising what’s known today as the Non-Gaming entities, a sister group to the Hollywoodbets Group. These entities are key contributors to the solid foundation that the Hollywoodbets Group has been built on, whilst also operating in their respective industries, and are individually known as SplashOut, Star Merchant, Star Bar & Café, and Racing Distribution. SplashOut forms the media house within the group and specialises in printing, signage and design. Some of its publications are Winning Form, Top Turf, BetCard, Soccer Betting News and more. The Signage division provides an all-round branding partner to the group of companies specialising in vehicle branding, interior and exterior signage, stadium branding, large format printing and much more! Racing Distribution functions as the courier & distribution service provider to the Hollywoodbets and Winning Form groups and assumes responsibility of fleet management as well. We have distribution points situated in key cities around South Africa which allows us to offer an efficient and effective national courier service to our customers. Star Merchant specialises in local and international procurement, warehousing and distribution. Currently stocking more than 2500 items, Star Merchant offers its customers a fully outsourced procurement model leveraging off its existing strong bulk-buying capabilities, passing on those savings to our customers. For over 18 years, Star Bar & Café (aka Hollywood Bunny Bar) has been plating a showstopper “Bunny Chow” that has appealed to a diverse range of palates. Customers can try this award-winning dish, a variety of Indian cuisine or other customer favourites that are on the menu. Under the Star Bar & Café name, we have 8 Bunny Bars & 54 Bars nationally.
