After nearly 20 years as a litigator, including most recently as a senior attorney at a prominent midtown Atlanta law firm, I left litigation to pursue my passion for mediation. I knew I wanted to be a mediator in my very first year of private practice when I discovered that I could resolve problems in a respectful and less adversarial way. I spent the duration of my legal career obtaining the experience and education necessary to be a leader in this field. Uniquely skilled at meeting people where they are, I understand that resolving a dispute often means peeling back the layers of accusations, mistrust, and ill-will to discover the real underlying issues.
