Upon his retirement, following thirty-three years as a Navy Seal, Rear Admiral Edward Winters became a partner. Together, we believe that leadership, team building and strategy development are at the core of what makes any unit or organization successful. Drawing from his years as a Naval Officer, Rear Admiral Winters provides insights into how the special operations community values leadership and how these leadership skills can be applied to all areas of work and life.
