WiRED is a dynamic forum dedicated to advancing women in renewable energy by elevating skills, representation, and professional development. Our members actively participate in shaping a sustainable future through discussions, events, and committees, building a supportive community focused on impact. Today, women only hold 20% of senior positions in the energy sector in Denmark. Our goal is to increase the representation of women in leadership and key roles, supporting each other’s career journeys with practical guidance and encouragement. Every effort we make within WiRED is designed to have a tangible, positive impact for the women presently working within renewable energy and to inspire more women to choose a career in renewable energy in the future.
