Service the site acquisition and development (zoning/permitting) needs in several markets (S Florida, SW Florida, North Florida, Atlanta) for the following clients: AT & T Wireless, Cingular, Nextel, Bechtel. • Develop productive business relationships with multiple tower vendors (ATS, SpectraSite, Global Signal, Crown Castle, SBA, KGI, Nextel, T-Mobile, Verizon) in the markets serviced. • Identify staffing requirements and fill staffing needs. • Supervise, measure, and evaluate team and individual performance and provide feedback and coaching as required. • Act as a consultant to the customer by identifying and resolving any customer processes and/or interface points that compromise the project team’s efficiency. • Responsible for total project cost by managing the performance and efficiency of the company, project team, and assigned and organize resources in an efficient manner. • Manage and review project expenses including office space, supplies, travel, living expenses, telephone, etc. • Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management, planning, project team, and line management. • Review status of projects and financial budgets, via EVM (Earned Value Management); manage schedules and status reports. • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, client-satisfaction, goals, and objectives. • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program managers and clients. • Develop and implement strategic marketing for Company, • Develop contacts and define services for both new and existing Customers.
