Through our executive coaching practice, we also work directly with private sector leaders, often serving as thinking partners as they develop and execute the strategies for their companies. In the public sector, we have had the privilege of supporting nearly every BC ministry, as well as many agencies of government to develop and implement their change initiatives – including change management support, informed by deep stakeholder engagement, using a facilitative approach.
