Wise Organizational Development

I love puzzles! If I have an understanding of what the final picture should look like (and even if I don't), I will sit with it until it is done. I always do one starting Boxing Day when all the food has been prepared and served, the presents have been opened and there are leftovers in the fridge. I sit and focus on nothing else. The bigger and more complex the puzzle the better. I am happy to do it alone but if I find a tough section (a sky of all the same blue) I ask for help. Occasionally, someone will join me for a short time and chat while placing a few pieces. I welcome it. I see what I offer to organizations as being very similar. Sometimes you just need help with an area that builds only a part and sometimes you need help with the whole thing. No matter what, you need to understand what the bigger picture is and what pieces of the puzzle you are working on. Having a beginner’s mindset with years of experiences is a great combo. That’s me! I want to bring that energy to your organization. We will get the puzzle completed efficiently and have good chats and fun along the way.
