Our core disability supports are designed to meet the unique needs of our participants and families, with a special emphasis on providing person centred supports. Here’s how we’re filling the gaps- Flexibility & Capacity: We can cover short or long shifts, weekdays, weekends, and school holidays. Our support workers are reliable and quick to respond- Cultural Sensitivity: With a diverse team of support workers from a wide range of backgrounds, so we can better connect with participants from all communities- Skilled & Compassionate Team: Our staff include nurses, student nurses, biomedical students, and people with lived experience. Each one brings both professional skills and a genuine passion for disability support- Support Teams: We build familiar and consistent client support teams, creating a strong foundation to help participants achieve their goals.
