Wish Tree exists because of our commitment to wholeness. Whole humans, whole communities, whole organisations, whole ecosystems. A whole world. Wholeness is essential to our ability to thrive as individuals, teams, neighbourhoods, families, businesses, and organisations. Wholeness is key to resilience, balance, creativity, innovation and aliveness: it is intrinsic to how life itself works. In Wish Tree, we offer diverse, inspiring and life-affirming opportunities for you as an individual, business or organisation to embrace a greater sense of wholeness by strengthening your self-leadership. We work with changemakers everywhere. Self-leadership is about taking radical responsibility for who & how we want to be, here now, in times of change. In Wish Tree, we use our own self-leadership model based around 4 pillars: Core Alignment, Bigger Picture Awareness, Self-nourishment & Community. These underpin everything we do and offer, and combined, they help us to live, lead and work more regeneratively. The word ‘regenerative’ is borrowed from biology and describes life’s own in-built capacity to move towards wholeness and balance. The moment we say yes to self-leadership, we become a changemaker in our own life, in our business or organisation. As a result, we shift our ways of being and doing, which in turn create conditions for wholeness in all areas of humanity and life on Earth. Self-leadership rests on the principle that change ‘out there’, begins with change ‘in here’ - in ourselves: in our minds, hearts and behaviours. Wish Tree was formed in 2011 and has through our online academy programmes, 1-2-1 coaching, workshops and retreats, to date offered countless people and organisations the opportunity to embrace greater wholeness by becoming self-leaders.
