Johnny Wishon, the founder of Wishon Evergreens and co-founder of Appalachian Produce Company, has dedicated his life to sustainable farming. What started as a small Christmas tree farm on his family's land has grown into a thriving operation in the Blue Ridge Mountains, spanning over acres of Christmas trees and more than 400 acres of pumpkins.
