Welcome to Wit & Reason! We are a team of passionate mental health professionals and educators who collaborate with the media, creative workspaces, and community organizations to systematically promote and teach cultural diversity, health, and inclusion. We offer speaking, training, coaching, script development consultation, media content review, mental health coordination, and expert guests for your shows. We talk openly and address conflicts and social issues that many people tend to avoid because it is perceived as overwhelming, anxiety provoking, or intense. Here at Wit & Reason, we understand that shying away from issues like racism, sexual assault, harassment, prejudice, suicide, human trafficking, violence, severe mental illness, and substance abuse (etc.) is a detrimental privilege that our society can no longer accept. And guess what? Conversations, education, and practical applications for these issues don’t have to be painful and hopeless, just meaningful.
