Oxford Instruments WITec is the driving force in Raman microscopy, pioneering Raman imaging and the integration of Raman with AFM, SEM (RISE Microscopy), SNOM, fluorescence microscopy, automated particle analysis, and optical profilometry. All of our instruments are modular and upgradable.
