At With Insight Education, we’re on a mission to transform opportunities for black-heritage students giving them greater access to a leading education, professional employment and social mobility. We work with universities and employers at both a strategic and delivery level to drive systemic change—ensuring that interventions don’t just support individual students but create long-term, structural improvements in the recruitment, retention and onward success of black talent. Our partners span the UK and include the University of Leeds, Manchester and UEA as well as leading organisations such as the Bank of England and LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
