Withinnovate

Withinnovate! brings intrapreneurship to nonprofit organizations through workshops and resources for early career professionals. Intrapreneurship refers to the innovation and creative problem solving that occurs within the structure and resources of an existing organization. We believe that to be an intrapreneur is to Withinnovate, first understanding yourself and your org (within), then using innovation methods to create change (innovate). Our offerings include: 1. Withinnovate! Core: 90-minute workshop including introduction to intrapreneurship, self-assessment, and action planning exercise 2. Follow-On Supports: Deep-dive workshops, coaching (individual and group) and consulting, train-the-trainer, and templates & resources So, why us? Our professional experience complements and reinforces what we bring to Withinnovate, in addition to giving us real life examples of how this approach can be helpful for building solution-seeking talent 2.
