Without Walls Counselling

I am a trauma-informed, person-centred counsellor with 3+ years working in complex mental health and a commitment to creating safe non-traditional therapeutic environments tailored to individual needs. I support individuals impacted by complex mental health, life changes, and generally stressors. I also have special interest in supporting individuals affected by childhood trauma, domestic violence and coercive control, with a goal to support individuals on their trauma recovery through collaborative integrative processes. Drawing on an integrative, collaborative, and flexible approaches, I incorporate creative elements such as play and animal-assisted support to foster healing and connection. My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma, which we can explore with acceptance, self-compassion, and safety.
