I offer personalised support to young people and families who are finding aspects of life challenging. With compassion and understanding I gently enable people to view their situation through a solution focused lens, so they can move through barriers, towards a life with hope and possibility. My approach is entirely strength based and client led, built on trust and mutual respect. I use evidence-based models of working with stress and trauma, encouraging self efficacy and self healing. I listen without judgement, curiosity and an open heart.
