Wits Programs Foundation

We empower tens of thousands of children and youth annually to create a kinder society through our programs Canadian Kindness Leaders, Pink Shirt Project, and the WITS Programs. WITS is an award-winning victimization-prevention program trusted in elementary schools Canada-wide and overseas. And, thousands of kids watch our annual Pink Shirt Day Canada show! Over 1,500 Canadian schools have started the WITS or DIRE programs, becoming a part of their culture. WITS has four segments: WITS for Kindergarten to grade 3, LEADS for grades 4 to 6, and their French counterparts DIRE and MENTOR. Close to a million children across Canada have been introduced to the evidence-based WITS in every province and territory, and also in Belgium, Germany, Egypt, Korea, USA, Brazil and New Zealand.
