We look to hold our investments up to eight years before liquidation. The investment objective criteria is freestanding commercial office space building properties - primarily freestanding buildings where tenants have creditworthiness and are of service-oriented sectors such as classic PSFs (e.g. law and accounting firms), professional practices (e.g. medical doctors), Neo-DSFs (e.g. management consultants), technology developers (e.g. R&D firms, biotechs) and other similar tenants, which are located in the United States. Our investment minimum is 1 million USD. Our operations are based in Central Florida.
