Company History: WLMB Project Services was established in 2009, to supply the mining and construction industries with Qualified Resources, Processes and the Tools required to plan, execute and manage projects. We mitigate time management issues and anticipate the risks to a project. The company started with Wesley van Niekerk hiring out his services and knowledge as a consultant and grew to a position where we are now setting up project planning departments in companies and on projects, sourcing, recruiting, placing, training and managing planners and controls resources in their designated projects. What Our Company Does: WLMB Project Services uses systematic approaches to manage project planning and controls on small, medium or large projects-Assess, evaluate and audit the sustainability and compatibility of a client’s project planning system to the industry in which they operate-Conduct project planning compliance audits of individual projects-Assess planning resources, their competencies and recommend any training requirements.
