W&P is a unit of the Subhas Publishing House. While our mother company is into publishing academic books, we focus on helping authors with self-publishing. As a brand, we believe in building a community of trust and goodwill for writers who want to be authors. Your ideas matter to us as much as they matter to you. You write and we publish it for you. We started our journey in 1942 from Subhas stores as retailers with a team of four. In 1989, Dr. A Satish found a huge opportunity in the publishing industry and started Subhas publishing house. We were the first in the country to introduce the four-line notebook. In 2004, Subhas publishing house had published over 300 books and received a distinguished bookseller award from Federation of Educational Book Publishers India. In 2020, we had published over 1800 books and had served to over schools with 100+ distributors and a team of 100. W&P intends to create the same legacy for authors or writers enthusiastic of self-publishing their books.
