Wombat Strategy

Just like the animal it’s named after, Wombat is a small, discreet and hardworking entity of two organizational psychologists with backgrounds in marketing, advertising and management. We’re good at helping people in organisations come together around a common story, belief, purpose and plan, and in helping create the organizational structure and culture to successfully implement it. Our aim is to liberate the energy and enthusiasm, that is now locked in inefficient structures, unclear objectives and non-existing communication.
