The gender gap is prevalent everywhere, especially in niche industry sectors, and in jobs long dominated by men. Many women struggle with the lack of support and guidance necessary to pursue their dream careers. We recognize this need for role models and mentors, who can share their experiences and stand as an example for young girls to learn from. Women Adore Tech is a professional platform to share the career stories of diverse women – who they are, their career journey, successes and challenges, and their advice to other women. We host an international community of women professionals and students from various industry sectors – Aerospace, Electronics, Architecture, Finance, and more. We are on a mission to help Women pursue their Dream Careers. The name “Women Adore Tech” is a tribute to women breaking career-related stereotypes – women can love and pursue technology, science, arts, or any career of their choice.
