Women Inspired Network (WIN) is registered with the Zimbabwe Registrar of Companies & Deeds as a Non-Profit organization under Trust Deed Number MA1139/2021. We are a Trust Organisation that exists to equip, empower, capacitate and support women, youths and the girl child from diverse backgrounds in their personal development through boosting their self-confidence and self-belief, promoting a culture of personal planning, equipping on relationship management and negotiation skills, promoting self-care and general wellness, imparting sharpened leadership skills towards prudent decision making, positioning them to influence strategic decisions that affect them and connecting them to relevant networks for such support, improving their general well-being and creating sustainable positive change for themselves, their families and their community. Our Objectives are 1. To equip, empower and support women, youths and girls to reach their full potential 2. To advance the cause, promote the rights and protect the well-being of women, youth and girl-children 3. To provide a platform to recognize, highlight and harness the great contributions of women and youth positive role models so as to inspire and empower others 4. To campaign and strive for the elimination of all forms of exploitation, discrimination and marginalization of women, girls and youths. To mainstream strategically, male involvement and relevant leaders participation for the advancement of women and youth empowerment. To collaborate with other progressive organizations, institutions and partners to advance our cause of women and youth empowerment.
