Wonder Years is a state vendor, focused on supported employment services for a neurodiverse population. We focus on Colorado-based companies with job opportunities for our clients, in addition to more traditional supported employment job sectors. Working to our client's strengths and prioritizing their needs and preferences, we strive for placement and long-term success in workplaces that may be new to integrating people with cognitive and developmental disabilities. We support both the individual and the workplace, with the aim of evolving company cultures and demonstrating the concrete benefits of workplace diversity that includes people with different abilities. Our mission is to work with our clients to identify their goals, and then create a plan to successfully achieve those goals - for every individual that we serve.
