Wondermilk

WONDERMILK is the brand name for a range of fresh dairy products made from the milk of the cows at its US parent company's Hua Xia Dairy Farm, near Beijing. Most of the raw milk produced by the cows is sold to other dairy processors, but some is processed and sold directly under the Wondermilk brand. Products include fresh milk, yogurt, cream, ice creams and puddings. Customers include high-end international coffee shops and restaurants in Beijing, over 450 home delivery customers, many of them foreigners, and consumers who purchase through supermarkets. Wondermilk also has its own Frozen Yogurt store in The Village, Sanlitun, Beijing. Wondermilk ranks alongside the top milk brands in the world for safety and nutrition. This is thanks to happy, healthy cows and strict levels of hygiene and process control. No hormones, no antibiotics, no additives, and simple pasteurization preserves the natural fresh taste plus the ntaurally high levels of vitamins, fat and protein. Hua Xia employs Californian style dairy farming, with high use of IT. It is the partner farm in China for the US Grains Council and in turn provides training and consultancy to many dairy personnel in China.
