Wondros is a strategic creative agency turning complex ideas into impact. Founded by filmmaker Jesse Dylan, Wondros brings together storytelling, strategy, and design to make the complex understandable—and the distant feel human. We craft campaigns that resonate with communities, strengthen participation, and support real-world impact. Our core focus is health—where trust, communication, and participation determine real-world outcomes. We’ve helped the National Institutes of Health enroll over participants in the All of Us Research Program—80% from historically underrepresented groups—making it one of the most ambitious biomedical research programs in U.S. history. In California, we helped HCAI launch a recruitment campaign that resulted in over 2,250 new Certified Wellness Coaches, beating the state’s hiring goals by more than six months. And at MD Anderson Cancer Center, we redesigned the patient experience to reduce friction and improve communication for thousands of cancer patients.
