Woodfire Wellness brings relaxing mobile authentic wood-fired sauna experiences to beautiful public parks throughout Minnesota’s St. Croix River Valley and Washington County. Inspired by Nordic traditions, we combine the deep warmth of traditional wood-burning saunas with invigorating cold plunges in nearby lakes, creating accessible opportunities for people to unwind, reconnect with nature, and discover the restorative benefits of contrast therapy in stunning outdoor settings. Our mobile saunas feature comfortable changing areas, lounging spaces, fire pits, and patios perfect for gathering with friends or family. We offer public sessions, private group bookings, and seasonal rotations at scenic locations including Square Lake Park, Big Marine Park Reserve, Lakeside Park in Bayport, and Point Douglas Park.
