We work with — not around — clients to create supply chain and manufacturing strategies with a goal of delivering both short-term ROI and long-term value. We have a breadth of talent that knows how and even revels in the unglamorous work. As a result we deliver real tangible solutions that can be implemented and sustained for the long-haul rather than overwrought suggestions and vague promises. To accomplish this we've honed our team's ability to manage both ours and our clients’ resources in order to "land"​ the solutions that we develop.     Above all else our goal to leave our clients with a feeling of solid achievement and satisfaction. And we expect to feel the same way at the end of a project. We work to train and foster talent at all levels of the organization and make sure that everyone feels that they’ve been a part of our process. We are a young dedicated data-driven and wildly ambitious firm. And we'd love to share that with your group. From a talent standpoint we are trying to create a “new guard” of consulting wherein we recruit consultants from “big consulting” backgrounds as well as PHDs technology experts and/or industry experts with consulting skillsets. This approach has allowed us to come up with better more execution-minded solutions that our clients can run with.
