Cigna Healthcare: WoodwardUX contracted with Cigna for their brand Evernorth Health for UX product and consulting services. Rapidly prototyped a new product portal within the SAFE Agile process. Delivered a product design system in Figma and conducted UX working sessions with client stakeholders to align teams and secure agreements for MVP. Successfully collaborated with the client to develop and implement a user-friendly product portal, resulting in improved user experiences and alignment among teams. SpaceX: WoodwardUX contracted with SpaceX to provide UX Discovery, Research, Strategy, Design, and Consulting services for SpaceX. Worked with SpaceX to audit existing QA software and provide a recommendation for a new internal software's User Experience. Conducted onsite user testing, and interviews, and audited six unique third-party software to gather strategic insights. Proposed strategic feature recommendations for a new proprietary software's MVP UX, along with a prototype that conceptualized the new product's vision. Successfully collaborated with SpaceX to improve the User Experience of their internal software, resulting in enhanced usability, better strategic insights, and a clear vision for the new product's MVP that is currently under development for production release. Reveille: The Reveille agency partners with WoodwardUX for UX services for their clients, including nonprofits and education-based entities with web-based presence needs such as Human Options.
