Watch Out Records Entertainment Group Ltd.(WOR ENT Group) is a newly emerged independent record company, Hip Hop entertainment and lifestyle brand formed in the UK. The company aims to supply profitable, audio and visual entertainment to a niche UK Hip Hop/ Rap domestic consumer group. Established on the 23rd of February 2018, WOR ENT Group was formed and co-founded by beat maker and aspiring producer/ sound engineer Jeremy Jemba (JJ on Wax), and aspiring rap artists Immanuel Bajela (Manuél) and Thabani Khumalo (DK Wayne). The products and services that WOR ENT Group provide are the making and production of UK Rap and urban music, UK Hip Hop/ Rap photography, Hip Hop/ Rap events, artists merchandise, clothing and apparel, as well as the managing and marketing these aforementioned services. Furthermore, WOR ENT GROUP conduct talent scouting and development of new artists. This consists of-Marketing new and undiscovered artists/ musicians -Managing new and undiscovered artists/ musicians music recordings and music videos -Managing artists brands and trademarks and any other sort of sound recordings In addition to this, WOR ENT Group coordinate the production, distribution, marketing, promotion, and enforcement of copyright for sound recordings and music videos of artists and musicians.
