The purpose of the association is to contribute to create better conditions for growth in Southern Denmark. We do this by improving regional companies' possibilities for attracting, receiving and retaining highly qualified employees and specialists from Denmark as well as abroad. We want to ensure that Southern Denmark is known and acknowledged as an international and national career destination. Furthermore, it is important that all highly-qualified employees are offered the right support when starting their careers in our region. work-live-stay southern denmark was founded on 9 November 2012 as part of a partnership between private companies, municipalities and the region of Southern Denmark. WLS Is THE recognised regional actor in our field in Southern Denmark. We are transparent in our ways of working, allowing every company and municipality in the region to see a clear connection between WLS and the maximisation of growth potential.
