WORK: On Purpose. With Purpose. started when a dream client of ours was wondering why her team wasn’t working to their potential- or doing what they said they wanted to. I was stumped to put my thoughts into words. I was in the shower (where all great ideas come - lol) and I thought. They’re looking at the BIG PICTURE - not TODAY. So many times we can see what we want for the future - the car - the house - the money - the comfort - the freedom - the time - But we don’t see TODAY. So the On Purpose. Is all about “what is your purpose TODAY? What will you focus on? What will you get done?” The With Purpose is all about WHO you will impact today? What/who is the heart of your purpose. When we think about those two things it’s easier to get things done - and when we have accountability it’s even easier- so my best friend and I (we’ve been doing this naturally for 2 years together. she started off a dream client and is now my best friend & business partner) decided to make a virtual space and invite other women in!
