Work Supply - Trabalho Temporário Lda is a fully licensed Portugal-incorporated temporary staffing agency with head office in downtown Lisbon. Our permit remains active and enables us to perform ALL recruitment, selection and employment activities, from recruitment (national and intrernational) to leasing collaborators to clients in Portugal and beyond - namely Schengen zone countries. Although the Work Supply - Trabalho Temporário Lda was only established in May, 2019 we have witnessed tremendous growth in very short period of time.The secret to our success is, in reality, no secret at all - the ability to lease out workers that exceed expectations! Although we recruit workers of all nationalities, Portuguese naturally, our workforce is composed almost exclusively of unskilled and skilled third country nationals living and residing in Portugal - holders of Residence Permits. They are our most precious resources and have played a key role in our growth and success. The third country nationals that we lease out are hard-working, highly productive, disciplined and extremely well mannered and cooperative. We can provide both skilled (welders, carpenters, painters, bricklayers, plasterers, cooks, etc) and (general labourers, factory workers, agriculture workers, etc) collaborators to clients in need of them AND we can do so (even for a large demand of workers) within a matter of days always in strict compliance with the law.
