We created Work Unfiltered because it's time to take the kid gloves off and go back to having honest and direct conversations with each other. Our training, consulting, and coaching services are all based on the notion of getting rid of all the buzzwords and fads of the year and getting real with how leadership and strategic planning work in the actual world. We believe too many have lost the humanity in the way they work and it's time to get it back. We are not an off-the-shelf company. We’re not set up that way because we believe there's a more effective way to impact change. Even our Kick in the Pants Keynotes undergo some form of customization. Generic stuff is great if you're filling a prescription, but not if you’re looking to create a lasting impact in your business. Our style is to be extremely respectful, but direct with our findings, facilitation, coaching, intensives and consulting. We roll up our sleeves and dig deep into our clients’ businesses. It's why we only team with a limited number of clients each year. Some of the highest form of praise we get is when the people we work with say we know their business as well as they do. That’s when we know we’ve hit the mark. We believe that life’s too short and business is serious enough as it is, so get ready, we like to laugh and have fun while we’re working with you. We find it lessens barriers and creates more trusting and beneficial relationships.
