Work Well Therapy offers Employee Well-being Solutions and Individual Physical Therapy Programmes Our aim is to put develop strategies and programmes with a strong emphasis on education that enables individuals and employers to carry on seeing and improving their health and therefore their results long after our sessions have finished. Running a busy private practice in Cardiff where we really enjoy working with individuals, we specialise in back issues, stress management and helping people manage chronic conditions such as MS & ME. When working with employees and employers we offer a wide range of services from one off events such as health and well being days or educational sessions -teaching employees how to reduce their risk of injury. We also offer longer based programmes such as onsite massage programmes or nutrition courses. We also can help employers develop longer term strategies for employee health & well-being to aid improvements in productivity, employee engagement and reduction in absenteeism.
