Work Well With Others

Edree helps senior level managers create and maintain strategic, healthy and productive work relationships that decrease stress, enhance collaboration and accelerate professional and business results. Through her Work Well with Others programs and products, she provides information and support to help leaders improve their full spectrum of communication, interpersonal leadership and collaboration abilities. They achieve specific results such as better performance and promotions; improved feedback from supervisors, peers and reports; greater self-awareness and self-confidence and in some cases, jobs saved. Her passion is developing leaders who will then develop the leadership of others. Her goal is to upgrade the quality of work relationships worldwide, starting with leaders. Her objective is to help leaders create better work relationships with 100 people each, so that at least people are empowered to succeed by working well with others… and, of course, pass it forward.
