Over three decades, I’ve led and advised global talent organizations inside some of the most complex technology environments: Google (Israel, EMEA, and HQ), Waze post-acquisition, Lyft’s Level-5 Autonomous Driving division, and Next Insurance across the US and Israel. In 2021, I founded Workaround to help leadership teams move from reactive hiring to intentional, data-informed people decisions — particularly in environments shaped by AI, rapid growth, and organizational uncertainty.
