Workforce Solutions Panhandle is contracted by The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), charged with overseeing and providing workforce development services to employers and job seekers of the Texas Panhandle. For employers, Workforce Solutions offers recruiting, retention, training and retraining, and outplacement services as well as valuable information on labor law and labor market statistics. For job seekers, Workforce Solutions offers career development information, job search resources, and training programs. While targeted populations receive intensive assistance to overcome barriers to employment all Texans can benefit from the services offered by Workforce Solutions and our network of workforce partners. Primary services of Workforce Solutions and our network partners are funded by federal tax revenue and are generally free to all Texans and Texas employers.
