Working In Teams

WE USE OUR UNIQUE OUTDOOR AND INDOOR ACTIVITIES FOR FUN TEAM-BUILDING AND FACILITATED BUSINESS-FOCUSED PROGRAMMES, PRIMARILY AT CLIENT PREMISES OR AT OTHER VENUES TO SUIT THE OBJECTIVES. Our programmes motivate everyone to communicate and co-operate better with one another, and have great fun in the process. Your people will work together in small groups, share ideas and learn through experience how best to work with each other. Our team activities reflect issues at work, and we get everyone involved and promote good teamwork; as you needn't climb Everest to learn about motivation, communication or leadership, each activity lasts just 30 minutes. Our facilitators are from business careers and learning & development backgrounds, and make relevant links to the workplace and encourage people to be open to change. WHETHER YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS FOCUS, A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF EACH OTHER OR SIMPLY A FUN TEAM EVENT, WE WILL ENSURE A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE LEAVING YOUR PEOPLE MORE MOTIVATED, MORE ENGAGED AND MORE OF A TEAM. FUN TEAM-BUILDING: TEAMS COMPETE OR WORK AS ONE BIG TEAM. The activities are scored out of 10 and each team is supplied with a joker card to double the points on one chosen activity. The better each team works together, the better they will do; or, teams combine their points to beat the group target set for the event. DEVELOPING TEAM SKILLS: REALISE THE FULL POTENTIAL OF YOUR TEAM. Increase awareness of group dynamics through practical team-based tasks with upbeat reviews to draw out insights relevant to the workplace. Ideal for graduates or anyone new to supervising or leading teams. SUPPORTING HR: THE EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING CYCLE IS WHAT WE DO. We provide concrete experiences in a safe environment with the opportunity to reflect on what happens, consider how to do things differently and put the learning into practice, resulting in a cycle of improvement throughout the programme.
