Workplace Bereavement

Workplace Bereavement are a registered training company with CPD. We specialise in providing workplace bereavement advocacy training to organisations and offer professional supervisory support post-training. We aim to raise awareness of the difficulty of losing someone close and how it will inevitably affect their work. With well-being and mental health being at the forefront of employer's minds, more specialist bereavement care needs to be made available. Studies highlight that 35% of employees felt they did not receive bereavement guidance from their employers. With the number of deaths in the UK being in 2021, employers need to be ready for the extreme difficulty death leaves behind.
