I am the host of Workplace Perspective, Teresa McQueen. I have been an employment law attorney (a recovering litigator!) for many years. Litigating on behalf of employees and advising employers has given me a unique perspective on the problems that can sometimes come up between employers and employees. With education and communication, conflict can be avoided.
