The South African business environment is plagued with red tape and bureaucracy, compliance to the various acts such as the Skills Development Act, B-BBEE, Employment Equity are compulsory and critical for true and effective transformation. Our team of specialists assist companies with maximising and achieving their B-BBEE Skills spend, we conceptualise and implement CSI Skills projects. We also provide SETA accreditations and walk the journey with start up training providers in ensuring they are fully operational once accredited and can continue to manage learner uploads and assessor/moderation processes. We have successfully sourced learners for both training providers and companies. Our sister company, Virtual Assistant, provides general office administration to all companies who need the valuable time to focus on their business.
