Each year, thousands of organisations partner with the Workplace Training Advisory of Australia (WTAA) in pursuit of a single, common objective – the development of their employees. With a committed national team of consultants, WTAA is uniquely positioned to offer independent advice to Australian employers across key aspects of employee development. The WTAA also provides expert services in a wide range of important developmental areas. These services include leadership development, executive mentoring, work/life balance, diversity and leadership ethics. WTAA’s Seminars and Events arm is Australia’s largest provider of professional development conferences. Each year WTAA hosts over 200 events. Events range from 25 delegate workshops through to delegate national conferences.
