Workplace Women

The Workplace Women was conceived in response to the need of women who either for the sake of fulfilling their career pursuits or for the need to support their families, have found themselves at work but struggle with the dynamics and more often than not, the shenanigans of the workplace. These struggles are evidenced by the gaps seen in the contributions women bring, the challenges experienced with the juggle between career and family concerns and the rising decline in the health and overall wellbeing of women. To provide the all-round support needed to deliver impeccable results like their male counterparts, lead a rightly prioritized and live a balanced life amidst these struggles is what this initiative exists to solve. On this platform, we do not see the workplace as only a business location per se but every location women find themselves working in everyday. Our mission is to nurture, develop and equip women in and for the workplace by the year 2035.
