We help creatives, makers, thinkers, and action takers to break the status quo on the work floor. Our story We worked in highly effective teams. We also worked in highly dysfunctional organisations. By changing the status quo in those organisation, we were able to bring back fun and results. Because of that, we know we don't have to accept- a calendar full of back-to-back meetings- working on 10 different projects at the same time- being micromanaged because of a lack of trust- or feeling like you are always running behind. There are better ways of working. One with a healthy work-life balance. When working with a group of like-minded people, magical things can happen. Impactful, lasting change can be made. Which allows you to do meaningful work in less than 8 hours a day. So you can spent the other time with your friends and family. One doesn't have to suffer from the other. We are here to spark that change.
