Workwell Leaders

WorkWell Leaders (WWL) is a national leadership community advancing a simple, evidence-backed truth: to be well is to lead well — and when leaders lead well, organisations perform better. We are a registered charity and Institution of a Public Character (IPC) in Singapore, bringing together CEOs, executive leaders and Boards across sectors to embed organisational wellbeing into leadership, strategy and systems — not as a perk, but as a core driver of sustainable performance. Our work is grounded in the WorkWell Leaders Impact Measure, a first-of-its-kind, science-backed study conducted with the National University of Singapore, which established that: • Organisational wellbeing is the #1 driver of organisational performance • Leader wellbeing is the #1 driver of organisational wellbeing From this evidence, we developed the IMPACT Framework — six leadership levers proven to move both wellbeing and performance: Invest in Leader Wellbeing · Make Work Empowering · Promote Belonging · Address Whole-Person Needs · Champion Fairness · Turn Values into Action Through our community, research, leadership exchanges and national awards, WWL: • Activates peer learning and cross-sector leadership dialogue • Translates research into practical, leadership-led action • Recognises leaders and organisations who integrate wellbeing with integrity • Shapes national conversations on leadership, culture and the future of work We do not reward wellbeing activity.
