World Shuffle connects Americans to the world and their music. World Shuffle was established in 2014 to introduce people in the United States to the music from all around the world. The company was founded by Lisa Wheeler and Maya Trevino. Maya had experience working in the world music industry and Lisa had experience with startups and small businesses. When founded, World Shuffle was known as Say Hello to the World, it was only in February of 2015 that employee, Bobby Davidson named his playlist, World Shuffle, and the new name was born! World Shuffle is a startup based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. World Shuffle is a small but growing company. World Shuffle has over 40 CDs and is growing day by day. All of World Shuffle's employees share a love of world music and enjoy what they do. Co-Founder, Maya Trevino's goal in creating World Shuffle was to make people happy.
